1) Allotment of Exhibition Space: The Organizers reserve the right to refuse space to any applicant without giving any reason thereof. Confirmation of allotment of space will be made by the Organizers on receipt of contract form duly signed, along with appropriate payment, Stalls will be allotted on a first come first serve basis. Allotment of stalls will be made at the sole discretion of the Organizers. The stall will be used solely by the participants for display of goods noted in their contract form and no subletting will be permitted.

2) Stall Alteration: No alteration to the size or position of an exhibitor's stand is permitted without the prior written approval of the Organizers. Organizers reserve the right to modify the layout of stalls and gangways. The Organizers reserve the right to make such alterations to their stalls, as to the setting of exhibits as they reasonably feel necessary to maintain an acceptable standard of presentation or to avoid interference with the displays of other exhibitors. Conversion of an allocated shell scheme, site to free design is not permitted. Any attempt to do this will involve reinstating of the original structure at the expense of the exhibitor or his agent. Stalls should not over exceed the allotted area, nor are any obstructions permitted on gangways, fire points, extinguishers or emergency exits. Designers are particularly requested to avoid stall designs, which may block or in any other way disturb exhibitor's booths.

3) Consequential Loss: In the case of the show being cancelled or postponed or suspended in whole or in part for causes beyond the control of Organizer, the Organizers do not bear any consequential liability for losses arising directly or indirectly on occurrence of such an event.

4) The decision of the Organizers will be final and binding on all concerned and in all matters relating to exhibition. Organizers will be at the liberty to change the date, timing or venue of the exhibition owing to unavoidable circumstances or cancel the exhibition for such reasons.

5) The Organizer also reserves the right to change the venue, floor plan and/or location of the space allotted to an exhibitor. Any such changes shall not be sufficient ground for exhibitor to cancel their participation, no refund shall be payable. The proposed tentative layout of the exhibition is appended hereto. The allotment of stalls even after initial confirmation will be tentative and the Organizers reserve the right to change the same, as maybe warranted by prevailing circumstances, at the Organizer's discretion.

6) Once the exhibitor takes possession of the stall it will be presumed that he has accepted all terms and conditions laid down either by expressed in writing or oral and any other terms decided by the Organizer and shall be binding on all such exhibitors whether they have signed contract/participation form or not.

7) All third party products, services and/or opinions displayed in the exhibition are offered exclusively by third party Organization and do not necessarily reflect support or endorsement by its employees, officers, and shareholders. Neither organization nor its affiliates make any representatives or warranties with respect to these offers and all claims for injury and damages related to such products, services and/or opinions are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.

8) Canvassing: Canvassing for orders or for any other purpose by unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited and the right of expulsion will at once be exercised. No printed or other matter may be distributed or displayed in any part of the exhibition hall except by exhibitors at their own stands.

9) Supplementary Rules and Regulations: All rules and regulations detailed in the exhibitor Manual as well as any further rules framed by the Organizers from time to time and circulated to all exhibitors shall be part of these Terms of Contract and shall be binding on all exhibitors.

10) Binding Terms of Contract: The submission of the Application and Contract From duly Signed by any authorized person of the applicant company shall be deemed as confirmation of participation and acceptance of these terms of contract by the exhibitor. The contract becomes effective as soon as the Organizers have confirmed the allotment of space to the applicant.

11) Lien on Exhibits: The exhibitor's claim to allotted space shall stand forfeited if they fail to make their due payments within the stipulated time period. The Organizers reserve the right to retain all or any of the exhibitor's goods/exhibits as collateral security if all dues including charges for service, damages, or penalties if any, are not settled by the exhibitor prior to receipt of gate pass for exiting exhibition grounds. Any cost borne by the Organizer for retention of collateral security will also have to be borne by the exhibitor. Further the exhibitor unconditionally has to agree that should he fail to clear any or all such dues within 7 days from the date of closure of exhibition, his collateral security may be disposed off by the Organizers without giving any prior notice to the exhibitor in this regard and the sum so realized will be adjusted by the Organizer against their claim. Further, such action shall not debar the Organizers from proceeding to recover any dues that may remain uncleared after such action.

12) Once the exhibition gives over, exhibitors must take care to restore their allocated space back to its original condition, as at the time of allotment. Exhibitors shall make good all damages caused to the floor, building or other exhibition structure and/or equipment by repairing the same or paying the cost thereto as specified by the Organizers within 10 days from the closure of exhibition.

13) The Organizer reserve the right to evict any exhibitor involved in any activity, which would disrupt the smooth functioning of the exhibition.

14) All decisions will be subject to Ludhiana Jurisdiction.

15) The exhibitors shall not without the written consent of the Organizers, display, exhibit or bring into the hall any explosives or dangerous material or any such thing which may cause noxious fumes or which may use or display any other material which may invoke danger to health or safety of any person. The exhibitors shall indemnify the Organizer against any loss or damage arising out of breach of this clause.

16) Organizer will make general security arrangements. However, exhibitors will be responsible for the security of their exhibits at stall.

17) Failure of Service: The Organizers will use their best endeavors to ensure steady service from the official contractor, but for the flow of such services that are not within the control of the contractors, neither the contractors nor the Organizers shall incur any liability to exhibitor for any loss or damage. If any such service shall wholly or partially fail or cease to be available, under such circumstances the exhibitors shall not be entitled to any refund.

18) Force Majeure: If the exhibition is cancelled or suspended or postponed in whole or in part for any reason beyond the control of the Organizers, including but not restricted to Acts of GOD, Natural Calamities, acts of Government, Strikes, Bandhs, failure of electricity & in case of withdrawal from participants etc., the Organizer will not be responsible and would not be liable for any loss or damage direct or indirect that may result to the exhibitors or against their privacies and no amount shall be refunded.

19) Security: Although security will be in operation throughout the show, exhibitors should ensure that all possible precautions are taken to minimize loss or damage to the equipment outside the show during open hours. All exhibitors will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above on booking the space/ stall and/or signing the stall participation from and/or occupying/ taking possession of the stall.

20) Prohibitions: The Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission into the exhibition venue without assigning any reason. They also reserve the right to order expulsion of any person who disrupts the conduct, or in their opinion, renders such course of action which is inappropriate.

(a) All exhibitor's and their all team members should wear their EXHIBITOR's BADGES while inside the venue.

(b) All exhibitor's/ Participants should submit a proper list of extra materials required by them (if any) to the authority concerned.

(c) Facility of a strong room will be provided by the organizers and participants those who wants to submit their valuables in strong room during the night hours, should apply in advance and should also submit their things after a proper check only.
